We decided to be a part of the blended burger project. We will be showcasing our burger at the Wandering Table. We’ve been experimenting with different blends for awhile and thought this would be a great place to showcase what we are doing. For this event we used ground brisket for a really beefy flavor and mixed it with ground wheat berries and smoked portabello mushroom. Then we topped it off with Reggiano cheese and shaved Oregon black truffles. It’s all layered on brioche buns with mustard seeds. Pretty tasty. Here’s more info:
