HIGHLIGHTING THE INLAND NORTHWEST THROUGH FOOD

RESTAURANTS

Our restaurants philosophy is based on authenticity. Not in the traditional sense, but to strive to create food and hospitality from our core. To learn from our past, our present and to display a sense of ourselves in every aspect of our hospitality. When our guests leave our restaurants and events, they feel like they have experienced something a little different and very special.

BAKERY

Currently our bakery creates all the breads, pastries and desserts for our restaurants and we have the same philosophies in our bakery as our restaurants. We deliver daily to our restaurants and businesses. Our baked goods are created using as much local products as we can with no fillers or chemicals.

Inland Northwest

Building Regional Identity

Farmers

Farmers are integral to what we do at our restaurants. Our menus start by looking at what is available during the season. Only by listening to our farmers are we able to showcase the best of what is available throughout our region!

Wild & Foraged

The Inland Northwest is literally surrounded by wild and foraged foods from head to toe and underneath! Morel mushrooms, rosehips, huckleberries, nettles & so much more.

Producers

From cheeses, coffee roasters, honey, and steelhead, we are constantly searching out the best products available in our area. We enjoy showcasing these products in our establishments.

Beer, wine & cider

World class wines, beers, cider and spirits right in our own backyard. It makes sense for us to partner with some of the greatest producers in the world!
